Although the sessions are in a group setting, we have the ability to individualize our programs to best fit you athlete's needs and goals.
Each HS session includes speed, strength, and supplemental training and there is no sign-up or registering for sessions- you show up to whichever days and times work best for your schedule!

Our Private Training Sessions are 60-minute individualized sessions working with a customized program for you athlete's specific needs. These sessions are perfect for athletes that are coming back from injury or have any limitations where one-on-one attention would be more beneficial.
We offer private training packages for 1 athlete and 2-3 athletes at a time.

Bring your team in for private group training sessions at Overachieve! All teams will have a sport-specific program designed to take their game to the next level.
Team sessions are also a great way to add comradery and build team chemistry. Athletes will work together, compete, and have fun as they prepare for their upcoming season together!

Youth training sessions are designed to teach your young athletes (grade 5-8) the fundamentals of speed and strength training. Building a foundation is essential for making sure your athlete learns proper techniques, movement patterns, and builds good and health habits.
And we have a BLAST! Tons of games and challenges to make training the highlight of their day!
