Please take note of our Alternate Holiday Schedule for the weeks of 12/23 and 12/30 for closures and hours during Christmas and New Years.
ALTERNATE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE (Week of 12/23 and 12/30)
We will be closed on Tuesday 12/24, Wednesday 12/25, and Wednesday 1/1/25. We will have Open Gym Sessions on Thursday 12/26, Friday 12/27, Monday 12/30, and Tuesday 12/31. We will run our Regular Schedule on Monday 12/23, Saturday 12/28, and Thursday 1/2/25 and on. Please reach out to Coach Jack if you have any questions or concerns with the Alternate Schedule.

High School Sessions (Gray Boxes)
HS Sessions include 25-35 minutes of specific speed training and follow with 35-45 minutes of strength training and conditioning. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible to get through the full warm-up and any individual supplemental work.
How the Schedule Works
Supplemental Sessions (Red Boxes)
Supplementals are additional sessions that athletes can do alongside their HS Sessions. Please arrive a few minutes early to get through the full warm-up, and athletes can do several sessions a day and throughout the week!
In-Season Maintenance Program
Athletes with In-Season Memberships can come in at any point during sessions to get through their workout. In-season lift takes about 30-40 minutes to get through; please do not come at 7:00pm and expect to get through the full lift!
