Spring 2025 In-Season Maintenance Program Information

These past few months we have had the gym packed with athletes preparing for their Spring sports season. Once the season starts, practices and games take up most of weekdays, and athletes typically take a break from strength training. Research shows that just after two weeks away from strength training, athletes start to see muscle atrophy and performance decreases throughout the season. With our In-Season Maintenance Program, not only will your athlete maintain their speed and strength, but we also continue to include exercises and drills to decrease the likelihood of injury.

Our HS In-Season Maintenance Program is a 2x/week program designed to maintain your athlete’s strength and speed gains made during the off-season. We also ensure that your athlete is not fatigued or sore for their next day’s activities, so they can continue to perform at 100%! The In-Season Program is designed for High School athletes that have their main sports season during the Spring and that have trained with us leading up to the Spring.

We understand that time is limited with practices and game schedules taking up most of your afternoons. Therefore, our program is only 2x/week and each session can be done in under 45 minutes. Even if there are some busier weeks and your athlete can only come in one time- it is worth it! You do not have to come in at the start of each session- as long as you give ample time to get through the session you can come in at any point during our sessions. For example, if our HS session is scheduled from 6-7:15pm, in-season athletes are able to come in at 6:30pm and can be done by 7:15pm. With that, typically there is a coach at the gym after the scheduled sessions for private/team training, cleaning, finalize work, etc. So athletes are welcome to reach out to Coach Jack in the case they need to come in late and will need additional time to get through the lift.

The In-Season Maintenance Program can be an extremely beneficial and important tool for athletes to be playing at their best ability throughout the entire Spring. I will happily be as flexible and available for you and your athletes so they can take advantage of this opportunity.
