Spring 2024 In-Season Maintenance Program Information

Our HS In-Season Maintenance Program is a 2x/week strength -only program designed to maintain your athlete’s strength and speed gains made during the off-season. We also ensure that your athlete is not fatigued or sore for their next day’s activities, so they can continue to perform at 100%! The In-Season Program is built for athletes that have their main sports season during the Spring and that have trained with us leading up to the Spring.

Research shows that just after two weeks away from strength training athletes will begin to regress and performance will decrease throughout the season. With our In-Season Maintenance Program, not only will your athlete maintain their speed and strength, but we also continue to include exercises and drills to decrease the likelihood of injury.

We understand that time is limited with practices and game schedules taking up most of your afternoons. Therefore, our program is only 2x/week and each session can be done in under 40 minutes. Even if there are some busier weeks and your athlete can only come in one time- it is worth it! You do not have to come in at the start of each session- as long as you give ample time to get through the session you can come in at any point during our sessions. For example, if our HS session is scheduled from 6-7:15pm, do not come at 7pm and expect to be able to get through the lift! And typically there is a coach here after the scheduled sessions for private/team training, cleaning, finalize work, etc. So athletes are welcome to reach out to Coach Jack in the case they need to come in late and will need additional time to get through the lift.

The In-Season Maintenance Program can be an extremely beneficial and important tool for athletes to be playing at their best ability throughout the entire Spring. I will happily be as flexible and available for you and your athletes so they can take advantage of this opportunity. 2024 Important Changes

1/22/2024

Starting February 2, 2024 we will be increasing our prices for our training sessions including memberships, private training, and other services. Since we opened in 2010, we made it a goal to provide the best training for athletes while keeping our prices competitive. But this year we are looking to improve our facility, equipment, and provide an even better experience for your athletes in the near future.

These improvements include:

  • The additional use of new equipment and technology like online programming, iPads, velocity-based training devices, force plates, and more to get more information and feedback from our athletes and make improvements to our programming accordingly (we will also be able to share up-to-date progress and data to parents as well!)

  • Bringing in additional coaching to have more eyes in the gym to ensure your athlete is performing exercises and drills safely and to their best ability

  • Giving the facility a facelift- repaint the walls, remodeling the lobby area, and adding more organizational tools in the weight and speed room

  • A better presence in social media as well as marketing and advertising to bring in new business

  • …and much more!

With this change, we will also be adding more opportunities for discounts. We will strive to create more partnerships with local teams and organizations, have a structured referral program providing discounts to new members and the referring family, and include more "sales" events with discounted prices.

Price changes starting 1/29/24 will be as followed:

HS/MS Memberships: $240 for 1 Month, $400 for 2 Months, $520 for 3 Months, Drop-ins for $25

Private Training Sessions (60 minutes): $70 for 1 athlete, $100 for 2 athletes, $120 for 3 athletes

College Memberships: $150 for 1 Month/Winter Break, $250 for 2 Months, $350 for 3 Months/Summer Break

Congrats to our High School and College athletes that have graduated this Spring! For our High School graduates, you’re about to take on an entirely new chapter in not only your athletic careers, but your academic careers as well! Remember, STUDENT comes first in student-athlete, take care of your education and enjoy the new team you will be joining this Fall!

Hearing about athletic accolades makes my day, like when your hard work leads to you making the varsity team, or hitting your first home run, and especially committing to the college of your choice. But after coaching here for now over 6 years, the true reward is watching young athlete’s grow and mature into young adults.

You always have a home in Overachieve! Congratulations on all of the success and continue to reach your short-term goals and chase your-long term dreams!

Summer is Right Around the Corner…

Welcome to the new and improved website for Overachieve! We are excited to (finally!) launch our new website, where we will be keeping you up to date with our schedule, programs, events, news and updates on what is going on in and out of the gym. For our first order of business, we have published our tentative schedule for the Summer set to start on Monday June 19th. Check it out on our Schedule tab and let us know what you think! We wanted to get it out early so we can get your feedback and make sure we provide enough flexibility throughout the week to have your athletes sweat it out in the gym all Summer! Please reach out to Coach Jack if you would like to see Overachieve open at more times/days and we will try to get it on the schedule.
