Overachieve Speed, Strength, and Soccer Training Camp

Age-specific weight training and soccer drills, Focus on proper running, lifting, and soccer techniques, and Improvement of strength and confidence on the ball by the end of Summer!

Strength and Speed:

  • Soccer-specific strength training by age ability experience

  • Sprinting mechanics and technique for acceleration and top-end speed

  • Plyometric training to increase power output and force application

  • Agility/Change of Direction drills for safe direction changes

  • Single leg stability and core strength to boost athleticism and reduce injury risk

Soccer:

  • Emphasis on the fundamentals of the game (first touch, passing, dribbling, proper technique on the ball)

  • A focus on improving fitness and overall conditioning

  • Tools to improve tactical awareness

  • Feedback on each player’s level and guidance on improving areas of weakness

Dates and Times

Ages 7-9: Monday 6/17 and Wednesday 6/19 9-11am

Ages 10-13: Tuesday 6/18 and Thursday 6/20 9-11am

Ages 13+: Tuesday 6/18 and Thursday 6/20 11:30am-1:30pm
