We offer 10% discounts for siblings, team/organization partnerships, and on other special occasions. Discounts are only available for the Committed and Elite plans and College Memberships- there is no discount for Starter Plans/Drop-Ins or the In-Season Program. Our flexible memberships options are based on weekly frequency and month commitment. Athletes can choose how many training sessions a week and for how many months they will train. We recommend ALL athletes train 2-3 x week for best results. Starter packs allow for flexibility with less commitment available in 4-8-12 packs.

Starter Packs are for athletes to drop-in to any standard training sessions. These are most popular with our Middle School athletes and those with busy schedules unable to commit weekly.

COMMITTED PLAN

Athletes looking to really commit to developing strength and speed should join us for our twice a week committed program. Athletes are expected to do speed & agility work-outs and lifts twice a week, with many opportunities to book and make-up sessions if needed. Athletes with Committed Plans see real results over just a few weeks.

2x WEEK TRAINING OPTIONS

ELITE PLAN

Athletes looking to see elite results need to be developing strength and speed three times a week. Our Elite Athletes are expected to do speed & agility work-outs and lifts three times a week, with many opportunities to book and make-up sessions if needed. Athletes with Elite Plans see the best results and return from their dedication.

COLLEGE & OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIPS

COLLEGE OPEN GYM

College athletes are welcome to come in at any point during our open hours to go through their workouts. This membership also allows college athletes to join our HS sessions as well. Perfect for Summer and Winter Break! If you’re home for a few days, drop-ins are your best choice.

1, 2, OR 3 MONTHS OF UNLIMITED OPEN GYM

IN-SEASON PROGRAM

Our in-season program is for HS athletes during their main sports season trying to maintain the strength and speed they gained during the off-season. Athletes can come in anytime during open hours up to 2x/week to complete a lift-only program. Workouts take no more than 45 minutes, you can find more info on our In-Season Program Blog.
