ASSESSMENT
Assessments are for any new athletes ages 10 - 18 looking to join OA Sports & Speed training. Parents can book a 60 minute 1-on-1 slot to get started. We will contact you shortly after booking with more info.
TRAINING OPTIONS

Our Drop-In pass for only $25 gives you access to a single session. We also offer discounted Starter Packs for 4 sessions for 30 days, 8 sessions for 60 days or 12 sessions for 60 days. These are most popular with our Middle School athletes and those with busy schedules unable to commit weekly.

Athletes looking to really commit to developing strength and speed should join us for our twice a week committed program. Athletes are expected to do speed work-outs and lifts twice a week, with many opportunities to book and make-up sessions if needed.
1 MONTH PLAN - 2x WEEK - $180
2 MONTH PLAN - 2x WEEK - $350
3 MONTH PLAN - 2x WEEK - $500

Athletes looking to see elite results need be to developing strength and speed three times a week. Our Elite Athletes are expected to do speed work-outs and lifts three times a week, with many opportunities to book and make-up sessions if needed.
1 MONTH PLAN - 3x WEEK - $255
2 MONTH PLAN - 3x WEEK - $299
3 MONTH PLAN - 3x WEEK - $600

Our Private Training Sessions are 60-minute individualized sessions working with a customized program for your athlete's specific needs. We offer private training packages for 1 athlete and 2-3 athletes at a time. Pricing is customized based on commitment and length of training cycles. These sessions are perfect for athletes that are coming back from injury or have any limitations where one-on-one attention would be more beneficial. We create plans with specific goals and cycles based on your timeline. Private training can be for just a month or for the whole year!

Small Group Training is private training for groups of 2 or 3 athletes with similar abilities and goals. Athletes should expect the same great training with specific goals and direct focus from coaches.

Open gym is reserved for pre-approved high school athletes and college students. Open gym sessions can be booked with a membership or drop-ins. See more here.
We also have Summer and Holiday Break specific Open Gym hours and offers.
