Assessment Recommendation
A training assessment is recommended for all new athletes to ensure proper placement and programming.
Account Setup
Drop-ins or starter packs are purchased online and maintained under the member’s account (or dependent account, where applicable).
After purchase you will receive a set-up email for your account and will have access to the member app for booking, cancelations, and updates.
Waiver Requirement
All members are required to sign a waiver prior to accessing training sessions.
Advance Booking / Check-ins
Members should book or check-in to sessions in advance through the online platform. Athletes can check-in at the gym before a session starts.
As of the 2026 Winter season, 24 hour advance booking is not required, but this is subject to change due to class capacities.
Open Gym Membership Booking Policy
Book in Advance: Members should book or check-in to open gym in advance through the online platform. Athletes can check-in at the gym before starting a session.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Members and Drop-ins who do not show up for a booked session and do not cancel in advance will still be charged for that reservation.

Refunds
Membership charges already processed will not be refunded, IF your athlete can no longer use sessions due to injury see below.
Freezing Membership
Members may freeze (pause) their COMMITED or ELITE membership for approved reasons (e.g., injury). Requests to freeze must be communicated at least five (5) business days before going into effect.
IN-SEASON RECURRING PAYMENTS
Recurring Membership Policies
Billing & Recurrence: Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days on a recurring cycle.
Changes to Membership: Requests to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel a membership must be submitted via email to jack@overachievesportsandspeed.com at least three (3) business days prior to the next billing date. This ensures changes can be processed before the upcoming payment.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Jack at least five (5) business days before your next billing cycle begins. Payments already processed are non-refundable, but we may be able to put credit towards other memberships.

CANCELLATION
How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Jack at least five (5) business days before your next billing cycle begins.
Effective Cancellation Date
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through that cycle but will not be billed for future cycles.
Refunds
Charges already processed cannot be refunded once the billing date has passed.
