OA PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training is the best way to help your athlete make breakthroughs in their performances. With high-intent goal driven training, athletes can expect to overachieve in their sports performance. Athletes are required to have a Baseline Assessment done prior to starting private training.

PRIVATE 1-ON-1 TRAINING

Families should purchase a $45.00 evaluation credit and book a time slot from our flexible schedule. From there we will take the next steps on frequency, schedule, and goals. Private training is available for athletes as young as 8 years old to collegiate and adult athletes. All follow-up sessions can be booked below.

SEMI-PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Semi-Private Training Sessions are for 2 or 3 athletes with similar abilities and goals. Athletes must book an assessment prior to starting so we can design a custom program benefiting all athletes. We offer single sessions, 4-packs, and 8-packs- click the links below for prices and to get started.

Small Group (~4-8 athletes) and Team Training sessions are a great way to work on your specific needs with a custom program as well as build team chemistry. Please fill out the interest form clicking the link below with team information and best availability and Coach Jack will connect to get it started!
