ABOUT OUR TRAINING SESSIONS
High School (HS) Sessions - Ages 13+
HS Sessions include 25-35 minutes of specific speed training and follow with 35-45 minutes of strength training and conditioning. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible to get through the full warm-up and any individual supplemental work.
Middle School (MS) Sessions - Ages 10+
MS Sessions include 30 minutes of fundamental speed, agility, and plyometric training. We finish with relative strength and functional movement training and conditioning. Tons of fun and a great way to start your young athlete’s training careers!

Open Gym 2x/Week
Athletes with In-Season Memberships can come in at any point during session times to get through their workout. In-season is lift-only and takes about 30-40 minutes to get through and does not include speed training. This program is intended for HS athletes going through their main school sport season.
