BETTER

Benefits of Speed & Strength Training

Confidence & Competitive Edge

Every time these athletes step in the gym they are becoming 1% better than the kids who don’t. Our athletes feel more confident in their sports by adding in our training, seeing their goals be reached, and their game transformed. Knowing they are ready for whatever training that comes their way, they are over achievers.

College & Elite Program Readiness

Strength training is an essential part of all collegiate and elite programs. Athletes who start young and stay involved in the gym are 10x more likely to succeed at these level. They are also less likely to get injured as they move to the next level. Coaches know it makes them a better recruit, and a better player.

Lifelong Respect & Habits

The gym is not only a way to improve health and fitness, but a way to develop respect, form habits, and take care for your body and enviornment.
